Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

If you change your mind, you can return your item for a full refund. Please note that we do not offer free return shipping and cannot provide a return label. We kindly ask that you choose carefully before making a purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artventur.com with the following information:

  • Order number of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all corner protectors and bubble wrap, to be accepted. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned to us within 14 days after initiating the return for a full refund.

Once we have received and inspected the items, a refund will be issued within seven calendar days. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (please check with your payment provider for processing times).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@artventur.com with the following details:

  • The email address used at the time of purchase
  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Photos of the issue (a full image of the item as well as a close-up of the damage) and a photo of the packaging

Can I exchange an item?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, we have a straightforward refund process for items returned within our return policy period. Once you receive your refund, you are welcome to reorder the preferred item from our website.
